A FAMILY’S GRAND ESTATE
A place to raise a family, with dreams of chickens and livestock running free and the joyous laughter of children running about is the beginning of this storybook tale. Encompassing eight acres, the design of this estate included the main residence, pool house, guest and carriage houses, staff quarters, and equestrian facilities. To bring the dream into reality, the project began with doubling the square footage of the main home to accommodate a growing family. State-of-the-art security and smart home technology were implemented to support the client’s lifestyle. The gem of this family home is a screening room that architecturally ‘floats’ within the main structure, minimizing transferring sound vibration to the living quarters. As the sun sets on each day, there is certainly a sense of living a dream come true.
